Cardiff boss Warnock: Dalman will decide my future

Cardiff City boss Neil Warnock remains upbeat over their chances against Manchester United.

Cardiff will finish the season against United.

Trips to Old Trafford immediately transport Warnock back to 2007. That was the year the striker West Ham broke the rules to sign, Carlos Tevez, scored the final day winner that kept them up at the expense of Warnock's Sheffield United, sparking a huge legal battle.

He said: "Absolutely! We could go to Old Trafford and win on the final day of the season.

"It could be fate, with what happened last time with Tevez and that in 2007. Football is so hard to predict.

"You don't know what is around the corner."

He added: "If [chairman] Mehmet [Dalman] wants me to stay, I'll stay. If they want me to go, I will go without any compensation or anything like that. It does not bother me about contracts - but who would they get who was better for the job than me if I was up for it?"
