Fabio Capello's England assistant, Franco Baldini, will begin his new role with Italian Serie A club AS Roma next week.
The Three Lions number 2 was recently appointed as the general manager of the Roman outfit and will soon commence his duties according to Roma's president and chairman Tom DiBenedetto.
"We have a great opportunity to develop the brand of Roma but it depends on how well we go on the pitch," he said.
"We need to appoint key staff. Franco Baldini will in another week he will be leaving the England team to be general manager."
