Canadian youngster Edwini-Bonsu makes move from Finland to Germany

Promising Canadian forward Randy Edwini-Bonsu has signed with German 2.Bundesliga outfit Eintracht Braunschweig.

The 21-year old left Vancouver Whitecaps at the beginning of 2011, prior to them entering MLS, for Finnish second division outfit AC Oulu. Whilst there he netted 16 goals in 18 starts and his form in Finland has helped him land a move to Germany's second tier.

Edwini-Bonsu had two trial matches with Braunschweig, scoring four goals, including a double against top flight outfit Werder Bremen and has now signed an 18-month contract with the club whom he will be available to play for from January.
