Sol Campbell is eyeing a Newcastle United debut against Blackpool this weekend.

The defender is confident about his fitness after featuring in a reserves game last week.

Campbell, working hard to regain match fitness, said: "I'm certainly pushing for Blackpool. I'm working towards that as a target.

"I'm looking forward to challenging for a place."
