New Torino coach Giancarlo Camolese is upbeat about his second stint in charge.
"In the last few days it was important for us all to talk, confront issues and understand where everyone is coming from," said the new boss.
"I appreciated their willingness to open up, look me in the eyes and take responsibility. I also told the lads that you only create a team when everyone works for their teammates."
This is Camolese's second stint at Torino, as he was already in charge from 2000 to 2004, but he makes his 'debut' against Palermo.
"I want to see a combative side that never let their heads drop and face every opponent by never giving in. We need a sense of unity and solidity.
"My Toro will try each time to stop its opponents from playing to their strengths and at the same time making the most of our own."
