The Republic of Ireland international Aidan McGeady was suspended for two weeks by Celtic as a result of a much-publicised bust-up with boss Gordon Strachan earlier this month. And Gary Caldwell has warned the winger all players must adhere to Strachan's decisions.
"He is the manager and we are the players. We have to do our job on the park. His decision is final, you do what he tells you," Caldwell told the Daily Record.
"I think that is how it works in any walk of life, it is certainly how we work as players.
"Aiden will come back in, he'll get back with the lads and he will become part of the unit. There is no divide within the dressing room.
"We have won the last three titles as a team and we hope to win this one as a team.
"I don't know if he'll regret it. You'd have to ask Aiden. All we know is that he is a great player. We'd rather have him in the team than not."
