Cagliari president Massimo Cellino insists midfielder Radja Nainggolan is not for sale.
Tottenham and AS Roma are keen on the Belgium international.
Cellino said: "If I sell Nainggolan and get 15m for it, I put at risk our Serie A status, which is worth a total of 45m. Is it worth it?"
