Cagliari president Massimo Cellino admits Inter Milan are keen on Victor Ibarbo.

Ibarba and Radja Nainggolan are being linked with a January move to Inter.

"Ibarbo? There was an offer from Inter for him in the summer, but they decided to not invest in him," revealed Cellino.
