Inverness full-back Richie Byrne has joined Irn-Bru First Division leaders St Johnstone in an emergency loan deal for one month. Inverness boss Terry Butcher said: "It is an excellent standard for him and we can get him back before the end of March for the run-in until the end of the season.

"It's an arrangement that works well for everyone."
