Burnley have demanded the Premier League put in place a compensation committee to determine the fee Liverpool must pay for striker Danny Ings.
Ings joined the Anfield club during the summer, despite Liverpool's £5million bid being rejected by Burnley.
Due to Ings being under 24 years of age, Burnley are entitled to compensation, with the Championship club understood to have received offers worth double that of Liverpool's bid.
The Daily Express is reporting "the contract offer Burnley made to try and keep Ings and substantiated interest shown by other clubs in acquiring the registration of the player" will are factors that will come under consideration before an appropriate fee is determined.
