Burnley defender Tarkowski on Southampton collapse: That's not us

Burnley defender James Tarkowski admits there was frustration after defeat at Southampton.

The Clarets blew a 2-0 lead to lose 3-2 on Sunday.

Tarkowski later said, "It did not look like us. Our record of getting ahead and winning or at least getting a draw is one of the best in the league, so it was just a waste of everyone after we went comfortably ahead 2-0.

"There was a minor mistake from Ben (Mee), which never happens, and then it's back at 2-2, where it could go both ways. All in all, it is very disappointing to concede three goals and it does not look like us.

"To be ahead 2-0 and then still lose the match is very disappointing. But we'll be back.

"We can not be naive enough to believe that the match is over, because we are ahead by two."
