Burnley boss Vincent Kompany insists they won't roll over at Liverpool.

The Clarets go to Anfield on Saturday.

Kompany said: "It's football, things happen in the game.

"You go to Anfield, you've got to do everything right, you've got to have a few things going your way as well. The biggest thing we can control is what we have to do on the day and that's how we prepare for the game.

"Belief is always there. The starting ingredient of everything is always belief. That was there at the time [Championship]. That's there right now. That's still going to be there, always. On the side of belief, you need to have good doses of hard work. These ingredients are there, it's nothing about the basics."
