The Sunday Mirror says Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and Schalke are all watching developments concerning Bendtner at Arsenal.
His valuation would be around £10million - and Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger would find it hard to turn down such an offer.
Bendtner has massive confidence in his own ability - and it could be he will now push for a transfer in the close season because of his restricted appearances for Arsenal.
He seems to have slipped down the pecking order of strikers that include Robin van Persie, Marouane Chamakh and Andrey Arshavin.
