West Bromwich Albion captain Chris Brunt is eager to see manager Roy Hodgson secured to a new contract.

Hodgson is coming off contract at the end of the season.

Brunt said: "You've got admire the gaffer with the impact he has had. We were always a good football team and scoring goals was never an issue for us but keeping them out was.

"You've just got to look at our record this season to see how much better we've become in that department and that's down to the stuff we do every day. Everybody knows their job and he's just brought that bit of stability to our play."
