Brunt says no need for big West Brom squad changes

West Bromwich Albion captain Chris Brunt says there's no need for big squad changes this summer.

Nicolas Anelka is the only new face so far, but Brunt is adamant a cautious approach to recruitment is right for the club.

"I don't think the gaffer would want a load of changes in one go," said Brunt to the Birmingham Mail.

"I think that would be difficult for a coach to handle and I'm sure that won't happen.

"It's been important to keep the majority of players who have been here over the last few years and have contributed and know the league well.

"There are a lot of good lads here. It's been a good group since I've been here."
