Bruno Guimaraes admits he's loving life at Newcastle United.
The midfielder has taken his game to a new level since arriving in January from Lyon.
He told L'Equipe: "When I arrived, it was necessary to stay up.
"This season we've had a great run (3rd). But my role here is completely different from that in Lyon. I play like a number 8, I often find myself near the box to pass or score. I believe that among midfielders, only Kevin De Bruyne participates more in goalscoring actions in the Championship. It means that I achieve interesting things.
"I like this game, defend and attack. I am freer than at OL. There, I was seen as a receiver who shouldn't pass the midfield too much. In Newcastle, I'm a creator.
"And Tite also wants to use me like that."
