Hull City were unlucky to came out empty-handed from their clash against Chelsea on Sunday and boss Steve Bruce is supremely confident that his club will avoid the drop.
Hull mustered an impressive 19 shots compared to eight of the league leaders in a contest that was settled by a 77th minute strike from substitute Loic Remy.
Bruce believes the quality of his side's display is a positive sign for the rest of the season.
The 54-year-old: "If we keep [producing] performances like that then I am convinced we can get enough points to stay in this division.
"In the last six or seven games we have realised we were in trouble and we have risen to the challenge - that was evident today."
Hull currently sit 15th on the Premier League table, three points above the relegation zone.
