The older brother of AC Milan striker Stephan El Shaarawy cannot rule out a move away.
It broke yesterday in Italy that Milan were prepared to sell the Italy international in January, with Arsenal and Manchester City keeping tabs on his situation.
Manuel El Shaarawy told TMW: "My father and I always consider the various decisions about the situation of Stephan, assisted by Roberto La Florio, who is always very close to our family.
"Now I will devote myself full-time to Stephan, so we'll see if there will be new opportunities."
