Brighton striker Welbeck establishes new Man Utd record

Brighton striker Danny Welbeck established a new record with his goal in defeat at Manchester United.

Welbeck popped up to score from close range early in the Premier League clash.

It means the 30-year-old ex-England international, who moved from United to Arsenal back in 2014, now has a record over his old club.

Welbeck is now the first former United player to score three Premier League goals against them after leaving.
