Brighton teammates Shane Duffy and Robert Sanchez reportedly clashed physically at halftime of their 3-0 defeat at home to Burnley on Saturday.

The Daily Mail says the on-field spat between Brighton pair Duffy and Sanchez after a first-half mix-up on Saturday continued in the tunnel at half-time.

The Irish defender shoved the Spanish goalkeeper in the chest in front of shocked fans.

With tempers still flaring and their team 2-0 down to Burnley, the pair exchanged words in the tunnel and, following some push and shove, had to be separated, with damage done to a wall.

Ahead of the second half, the team-mates made up and embraced, but Brighton still went on to lose 3-0.
