Brighton remain open to loaning out Billy Gilmour in January.

The Sun says Brighton are looking to improve their mid-pitch options amid suggestions Gilmour is open to a loan exit to the European continent.

The Scotland schemer, 21, is still waiting for his first Premier League start since joining from Chelsea last summer.

Gilmour spent last season on-loan with Norwich City.
