Brighton midfielder Adam Lallana has welcomed back wing pair Kaoru Mitoma and Simon Adingra.

Mitoma and Adingra have been away at the Asian Cup and AFCON respectively this past month.

Lallana said: “I think where the manager comes into his own is tactically.

“How smart he is, subtle details.

“We have been working on them with him for a long time now so it has become second nature to us as well.

“Having different personnel with different attributes and characteristics always helps because it gives you different options.

“It's great to have the two boys back."
