Brighton are closing in on a deal to sign teenage Bradford City starlet Sahil Bashir.
The midfielder is 16 and will be joining the club's academy ahead of the coming season.
That is according to The Argus, who state that a fee for Bashir could rise to £250,000.
While the initial fee may be very modest, there will be bonuses related to future performance that increase the windfall for Bradford City from this transfer.
The deal is similar to the one that took Olie McBurne from the Valley Parade club to Swansea in 2015.
