Brighton boss Chris Hughton insists they can be happy with their season.
The Seagulls are safe after a shaky second-half of the campaign.
Hughton said: "I think it's a job done. If we were asked at the start of the season if we are happy to retain our Premier League position and reach the semi-finals of the FA Cup - we would have taken it.
“Certainly there have been some lows, periods we have had were we could have done better in the home games were we did so well last season.
“Reality is that we haven't finished dramatically away from where our level of club should finish. It is a little bit of relief at the end of the season because of what could have been.
“We will hope to be better next season."
