Brighton boss Roberto de Zerbi says he'll hold back Joao Pedro today.

Brighton visit Liverpool today.

De Zerbi said, “Joao Pedro can't play. I don't want to take a risk with him.

“We lost him for two months and it's not the right moment to take the risk, especially for his career and for us.

“After Liverpool we have another nine games.

“He may be available for part of the Brentford game on Wednesday.

“He worked harder today but we will see what his condition is in the next few days."
