Brighton boss Roberto de Zerbi says he rates Billy Gilmour highly.

The summer signing from Chelsea has managed just three Premier League appearances this season.

De Zerbi insists Gilmour is in his plans: "I really like Gilmour.

"I think he can make some serious progress with us. But (Moises) Caicedo and (Alexis) Mac Allister are also important players for us.

"We need to think about how to give him more time, but it's not easy."
