Brighton boss De Zerbi highlights Potter after victory at Chelsea

Brighton boss Roberto de Zerbi paid tribute to Graham Potter after victory at Chelsea on Saturday.

De Zerbi replaced Potter this season after he left for Chelsea. Potter then was sacked and replaced at Chelsea by caretaker manager Frank Lampard.

After their 2-1 win, De Zerbi said: "I have to say thanks to Graham Potter.

"I found a very great and strong team and I am now trying to give my idea."

The Italian added: "It's an amazing day for us. The result, the performance. This game gives more energy, more confidence, more enthusiasm to finish the season in the best way. Now we have to prepare for the semi-final. We'd like to play the final. To do that we'll have to win."
