QPR legend Rufus Brevett has warned manager Harry Redknapp not to overhaul their promotion winning squad.
Brevett reckoned his old club played one of football's biggest get-out-of-jail cards on the day.
"Do they need a raft of changes? Even before Rangers got a man sent, Derby were the better team, and Harry (Redknapp, manager) knows it," he told the Fulham Chronicle.
"I can't see them making the same mistakes, but I think you've got to buy players that are not on the way down.
"Players like those from the likes of Chelsea are just coming for a payday. You need players who are still hungry and have something to prove."
