Brescia star Alessandro Diamanti has no regrets over his time in England last season.
Diamanti joined Brescia in the summer after a stint in the English Premiership with West Ham United.
"My spell in England helped me a lot because it allowed me to test myself against a championship outside of Italy and it helped me grow," he said.
Diamanti has won a first call-up to the Italy squad this week.
