Brentford winger Keane Lewis-Potter suffers knee injury in bounce game

Brentford winger Keane Lewis-Potter has suffered a knee injury.

Lewis-Potter faces an injury layoff of up to two months. The 22-year-old sustained a knee injury in an internal training match. He has since undergone a minor operation.

Bees boss Thomas Frank said, "I think he is very unlucky. He started the season really well, but then he got an injury that he had to fight back from.

"Against Crystal Palace he looked sharp, and he had also done so in the weeks leading up to that match, but now this has happened, and it is unfortunately part of football.

"I am sure that he will come back stronger."
