Premier League side Brentford will almost certainly release Charlie Goode.
The 28-year-old defender, who came through non-league football and spent time at the Fulham academy, is not in their long-term plans.
Per The Standard, Brentford will allow his deal to run out when the season concludes.
And he will not be offered fresh terms on a new deal, even if he agrees to a pay cut.
Goode has managed only 20 games for the club in the past three years since arriving from Northampton Town in 2020.
The defender will now be on the hunt for his next club to resurrect his career.
