Down 1-0 from the first-leg, the Bees got off to the best possible start when Ollie Watkins fired in after 11 minutes.

Four minutes later and the hosts were in dreamland when Emiliano Marcondes put them in front on aggregate.

Bryan Mbeumo then sealed Brentford's passage with a goal shortly after half-time.

Liverpool loanee Rhian Brewster scored a late consolation for the Swans.

Brentford will now face either Cardiff or Fulham, with the latter up 2-0 after the first-leg.
