Brentford midfielder Janelt: Fully fit Schade and Mbeumo will make difference

Brentford midfielder Vitaly Janelt believes they must use returning players to earn results in the coming games.

The likes of Bryan Mbeumo and Kevin Schade could be back in the team to take on Aston Villa on Saturday.

Speaking after a 0-0 draw with Brighton, Janelt admitted they could use an attacking spark.

He stated: “The last home game that we played against them we were a bit unlucky – we put a great performance in, especially with how many injuries we had – and now week by week we have players coming back.

“We're happy to have Bryan back and I think Kev might be in the squad. We can attack Aston Villa and the last games."

On the result, Janelt said: “We did a good step in the right direction and now we can continue the unbeaten run in the final seven games.

“We've had two good performances at home. It was an even game, 50-50. It was a deserved point for both."
