Premier League strugglers Brentford have concluded that signing a full-back is their priority in January.
The Bees are in a tough position in the top flight, as they have been on a poor run of results of late.
However, manager Thomas Frank believes the return of Ivan Toney and one or two signings could lift the team.
Per The Standard, one move the club will make is to secure a defender to cover one or both full-back slots.
The club only have Mads Roerslev who is a fit and available first team full-back at present.
Versatile full-back Aaron Hickey is injured until next month, while Kristoffer Ajer is sidelined with an ankle problem, and Rico Henry is out until the summer.
