Mark Warburton says he will definitely leave Brentford, despite guiding them to the Championship promotion playoffs.
A 3-0 victory over Wigan on Saturday has set up a showdown with Middlesbrough in the semi-finals next week, capping off a remarkable campaign for the Bees, who were only promoted from League One last term.
Warburton was informed in February that he would be relieved of his duties regardless of how Brentford finished and the 52-year-old confirmed that hasn't changed.
Asked whether there was a possibility that he could stay on, he told talkSPORT, "None whatsoever. It is disappointing but I have absolute respect to them (the owners). The owner and the board have made the decision - they've put significant funds into the club and it's in good hands.
"It is frustrating, but all we can do is take the club as far as we can."
