Brahim Diaz was happy to prove AC Milan's matchwinner for their Champions League victory over Tottenham.

Milan won the round 16 first-leg clash 1-0 at San Siro.

Diaz said, “I am so happy for the team, because we did incredible work all week, we beat Torino and now won in the Champions League.

“We all illuminated San Siro, because the fans were also incredible.

"We had some bad situations in the past, but now we must look forward. This is good for the team, this team is incredible and listen to these fans – even more incredible!

“Now we must play Serie A and then later we can think about the game in London."
