Premier League promotion clubs Bournemouth and Watford will land £130 million for their achievement.
The London Evening Standard says the Cherries are celebrating promotion to the top-flight for the first time in their 125-year history, while Watford will be returning for the first time since 2007, and figures released today reveal they are set for a huge cash windfall.
According to Deloitte, the business advisory firm, getting into the Premier League will provide Bournemouth a guaranteed revenue increase of at least £130m.
That figure would rise to around £230m should they stay up in their first season, allowing them to benefit from the new broadcast deals which commence in 2016-17.
