Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe is delighted with the form of Philip Billing.

The 23-year-old struck the opener during the Dorset club's 2-1 victory over Aston Villa on Saturday.

Howe told the Daily Echo: “I thought at the beginning of the season he was outstanding and I think naturally all players through the season maybe have a slight dip.

“But I think in the past few games he has come back with a bang.

“He is such an impressive player when he is at his best, he covers the ground really well, uses the ball well and, with the size that he is, he adds a lot to the team."
