Bournemouth attacker Jaiden Anthony has highlighted the influence of Jefferson Lerma.

The midfielder has been at Dean Court since 2018.

Asked what Lerma was like by the Beautiful Game Podcast, Anthony said: “He's a mad man! He is too funny.

“He's learned to speak English now so you can actually speak to him but he's proper funny. He's a crazy guy.

“The way he plays. He's front foot all the time – even in training, you don't want to get too close to him because your ankles might go!

“He's front foot, he's aggressive. He's exactly how he is on the pitch. He's a top player. Without him, you can see the team is a different team."
