Botafogo chief Rotenberg declares Toure, Obi Mikel back in talks

Manchester City great Yaya Toure could yet play on next season.

Talks with Botafogo have been revived with the Ivory Coast veteran, just weeks after it appeared the deal had fallen through.

Botafogo chief Ricardo Rotenberg says they're also continuing talks with Chelsea Champions League winner John Obi Mikel after he broke his contract with Trabzonspor.

He told ESPN: "Last week I talked to both players and their managers.

"Negotiations are continuing and only the part of their wages has not been finalised yet."
