West Bromwich Albion keeper Ben Foster has lauded boss Steve Clarke for staying calm during the club's recent troubles, reports the Express & Star. The Hawthorns No1 starred as the Baggies ended an eight-game winless run with a famous victory at Liverpool on Monday.
And Foster said: "The gaffer is absolutely great. He's so calm all the time and just gets on with it and that's the only way you can be as a manager. He's not a ranter or a raver and the lads really appreciate that.
"I don't think anybody responds to being shouted at and berated. He just maintains that same persona and the lads appreciate it."
