New Almeria signing Leonardo Borzani admits he's some weeks away from being match-fit.

The former Newell's Old Boys midfielder was snapped up by Almeria this week. He has signed a deal to the end of the season, with the option to renew should both parties be happy.

Borzani said: "I have not played an official match since July, when the league finished in Argentina, but I've been training since then to keep fit.

"But it is true that I need to get match-fit, so I'll work to be ready as soon as possible."
