Borussia Dortmund winger Jamie Bynoe-Gittens is out for the rest of the year.

The former Manchester City prospect has been involved in BVB's first team so far this season.

However, Ruhr Nachrichten reports it has been decided he will undergo shoulder surgery, which will see him sidelined until 2023.

Bynoe-Gittens suffered the setback in Friday's victory over Hoffenheim.

It was the second time the teen had copped an injury to his shoulder.
