Borussia Dortmund striker Ciro Immobile hopes to play a big role in Italy coach Antonio Conte's Euro2016 qualifying team.
Immobile is keen to form an attacking partnership with Mario Balotelli and defended him over the controversy after their World Cup defeat to Uruguay.
"During a moment of despair, Mario went off to the bus," Immobile said. "He hadn't realised that the boss had to talk, then he came back.
"We have different personalities and characteristics, but we can play together."
