Borussia Dortmund are attempting to sign outright Chelsea winger Kevin de Bruyne.

De Bruyne, following his successful loan with Werder Bremen, has emerged as a top target for BVB as they seek to replace new Bayern Munich signing Mario Gotze.

BILD says BVB hope to do business for around €15 million, though De Bruyne has insisted only this week he'd like the chance to establish himself at Chelsea under new manager Jose Mourinho.
