A return to Germany has been mooted for Manchester City striker Roque Santa Cruz.
The Mirror says City are offering the Paraguay international to Valencia as part of their offer for David Silva.
But Borussia Dortmund are waiting in the wings to swoop for Santa Cruz if he fails to move to Spain.
