BILD says Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool face competition from Borussia Dortmund as they battle to bring Atletico Madrid hitman Diego Costa to the Premier League.
Diego Costa has a release clause of £20million in his contract that can be activated at the end of the season.
Dortmund see the Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool target as a replacement for the Bayern Munich-bound Robert Lewandowski.
