Bordeaux winger Henri Saivet is being watched by Everton.

The Sunday Mirror says the Senegal international, 24, was hailed as the new Thierry Henry when he rose through the ranks to reach Under-21 level with France.

Like Arsenal legend Henry, he can play through the middle as well as wide.

The Gunners, Sunderland, Southampton and Stoke have also shown interest in £4million-rated Saivet in recent seasons.
