Wilfried Bony has urged Manchester City fans to be patient with him.

The former Swansea City striker has failed to fire for City since his January arrival.

And he concedes: "Yes it's been very frustrating, first because of injury and second because we are not winning games.

"No one expects you to be 100 per cent in the first few weeks. I'm working very hard to get it back.

"It's not coming as I would have expected and it's not 100 per cent yet but I hope to get quicker and score more.

"I still want to do something this season but next season I will be very good."
