Bolton Wanderers goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen faces being without a contract in the summer.

The Mirror says Jaaskelainen faces a back operation at the end of the season that could see him stuck at Bolton - whether or not they stay up.

If two more weeks of rest does not fix the problem and the Finnish keeper has to go under the knife he will struggle to start next season - and interested clubs like Aston Villa and Celtic won't sign him until he is fit.
